Choose and reserve the property through a real estate agent
Complete legal and technical due diligence (Appoint a civil engineer & a lawyer for property verification)
Obtain a Greek tax number (AFM) through the lawyer
Open a local Greek bank account (preferred to a foreign one)
Sign the final purchase contract, reviewed by the lawyer, in front of a notary
